NET PARTNER FOR WOODBURY

Hello and welcome to Net Partner, the Student Financial Aid Online Portal for Woodbury University students!  The purpose Net Partner is to keep you informed about your financial aid status, as well as guide you through the financial aid process. Net Partner allows you to access your financial aid information at your convenience and in a secure environment.

You will use Net Partner to:

  • Check the status of your financial aid
  • View the documents that have been received and/or remain outstanding
  • Upload outstanding documents to your financial aid file
  • View, accept, or decline your financial aid awards
  • Review important financial aid messages and reminders
  • Link to required financial aid websites

LOG IN INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. Net Partner is a secure system with specific login format requirements. If you do not enter the correct information, in the correct format, you will be unable to access your Net Partner account. After six unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked.

 

FIRST TIME USERS

Please complete the steps below to activate your account:

Step 1: Go to the “Log In” box and click on “First Time User.”

Step 2:  Add a “P” to the beginning of your Woodbury ID # (e.g. P000123321), and enter it in the specified area. Also, be sure to use zeros.

Step 3: Answer the account activation questions to confirm your identity. Use MM/DD/YYYY format, including the forward slashes when entering the date.

Step 4: Create two security questions and answers from the drop down menu.

Step 5: Create your password using the listed criteria.

RETURNING USERS

Please complete the steps below to access Net Partner:

Step 1: Go to the “Log In” box, and remembering to add a “P,” at the beginning of your Woodbury ID # (e.g. P000123321), enter it in the specified area.

Step 2: Enter your Net Partner password and click on “Submit.”  

Note: If you forgot your Net Partner password, it may be possible to create a new password by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” However, if it has been more than 180 days since you last accessed Net Partner, this option will not work.  Please refer to "Problems Logging In."

If you have forgotten your password, received an error message, or exceeded the number of login attempts, please contact the Office of Financial Aid Office for assistance.

 

LOG IN
